Matthew Cram

Matthew Cram joined the Aero Law Group in 2007. His practice includes representing clients in the sale, lease and exchange of business and commercial aircraft.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cram spent 6 years at The Boeing Company, where he developed proposals, led negotiations and administered contracts for the sale of commercial airplanes and aviation services with a diverse group of customer airlines and leasing companies in the Americas, Europe, Australia and Asia. In addition, Mr. Cram supported negotiations and administered military contracts with foreign governments. He also has experience in revenue management, financial planning and procurement.

Mr. Cram earned his J.D. from Seattle University's School of Law in 2005, graduating cum laude, and received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from the University of Idaho in 2001, graduating with honors. He also studied international finance in 1997 at the Luleå University of Technology in Sweden.

Mr. Cram is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and serves on the University of Idaho's Advisory Board for the College of Business and Economics.
