Aero Law Group is proud to support the Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association (PNBAA) and, for the past fifteen years, our favorite way to support PNBAA is by participating in their annual golf tournament. Not only do we have attorneys who enjoy playing the game, but we also host the Closest to the Prop contest—an aviation spin on the traditional closest to the pin contest because the golfer who hits their ball closest to the pin wins a beautiful 70” replica propeller. Membership in organizations like PNBAA is important for us because they provide information that will benefit private and corporate aircraft operators, facilitate communications throughout the industry, and they support advocacy to promote general aviation in our area. An additional bonus for participating in the golf tournament is to raise money to support the future of aviation through a variety of scholarships.
The annual PNBAA golf tournament is held at the Golf Club at Newcastle on Thursday, September 14, 2023, and this year it is the last event on our schedule. Earlier this year Aero Law Group took the Closest to the Prop game on the road and headed to Portland for the PNBAA tournament held in that city and additionally at the Northern California Business Aviation Association tournament at the Chardonnay Golf Club in Napa Valley. We would love to see you at these golf tournaments and other events hosted by our local associations, and we encourage you to get involved with the business aviation groups in your area.
